How does it work?

Once the contract is signed, you submit all relevant information and a copy of the contract to our in-house underwriting team for review.

Any time you work with us we ask that you use our purchase and sale contract. In cases where a deal is already under contract, simply provide us with a copy of the contract being used. We will review the contract to determine if it requires an addendum that ensures our funds are protected.

On any future partnerships, you are required to use our purchase and sale agreement all subsequent deals, so feel free to download the contract and share it with fellow investors you refer to us.
